Tasting Notes

This cooler climate Cabernet Sauvignon shows bright berry and cherry fruit with hints of mineral with a medium finish and subtle oak. Aged in French oak for 18 months this wine is 100% varietal and 100% Coombsville. Textured with nuances of blackberry and mocha with vibrant round tannin and smoky notes. Drinkable now but will age for many more years.
