    This cooler climate Cabernet Sauvignon shows bright berry and cherry fruit with hints of mineral with a medium finish and subtle oak. Aged in French oak for 18 months this wine is 100% varietal and 100% Coombsville. Textured with nuances of blackberry and mocha with vibrant round tannin and smoky notes. Drinkable now but will age for many more years.

    Honoring our dad Juvenal, whose hard work, sacrifice and dedication paved the way for the creation of Sosabe Cellars. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Syrah, Petit Verdot & Malbec. This wine shows bright fruits with hints of black cherry. A slightly smoky oak, with round tannins and a long spicy finish.

    A big and lush blend of five varietals which include; Malbec, Petite Verdot, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Sirah. Notes of dark berries, ripe cherries, and spices with round, medium tannin; Tabanka Red finishes with a soft sweetness and subtle hints of oak on the pallet. Well-balanced with structure and complexities. Tabanka is an annual event, celebratingthe rich cultural heritage of the Cape Verdean people who are derived from two continents, Africa and Europe, extending over 550 years.

    Sosabe means fun in the Cape Verdian language. Kriola is the essence of this wine – sweet, soft, charming and enjoyable for all occasions. A blend of late harvest Riesling, sauvignon Blanc and late harvest Semillon gives this wine a distinct flavor. bright fruit, ripe apricot, dry peach, with a subtle hint of lemongrass. This is a semi-sweet white wine.
