    Sosabe means fun in the Cape Verdian language. Kriola is the essence of this wine – sweet, soft, charming and enjoyable for all occasions. A blend of late harvest Riesling, sauvignon Blanc and late harvest Semillon gives this wine a distinct flavor. bright fruit, ripe apricot, dry peach, with a subtle hint of lemongrass. This is a semi-sweet white wine.

Aged in French oak for 18 months this wine is 100% varietal and 100% Coombsville. Textured with nuances of blackberry and mocha with vibrant round tannin and smoky notes. Drinkable now but will age for many more years.

Notes of dark berries, ripe cherries, and spices with round, medium tannin; Tabanka Red finishes with a soft sweetness and subtle hints of oak on the pallet. Well-balanced with structure and complexities. Tabanka is an annual event, celebratingthe rich cultural heritage of the Cape Verdean people who are derived from two continents, Africa and Europe, extending over 550 years.
