Honoring our dad Juvenal, whose hard work, sacrifice and dedication paved the way for the creation of Sosabe Cellars. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel, Syrah, Petit Verdot & Malbec. This wine shows bright fruits with hints of black cherry. A slightly smoky oak, with round tannins and a long spicy finish.
This cooler climate Cabernet Sauvignon shows bright berry and cherry fruit with hints of mineral with a medium finish and subtle oak. Aged in French oak for 18 months this wine is 100% varietal and 100% Coombsville. Textured with nuances of blackberry and mocha with vibrant round tannin and smoky notes. Drinkable now but will age for many more years.
A light, medium body with tropical fruit on the aromas. Hints of honeysuckle, sweet pear and ripe apple, with subtle acidity on the finish.
Aged in French Oak for 18 months this wine is 96 % varietal from Coombsville. Textured with nuances of blackberry, earthy notes and minerals with soft tannins and light acidity. Drinkable now but will age for many more years.
